The purified psyllium fibre of MAAX Redux® has the ability to promote satiety and weight loss. It swells up to 20 times compared to its original size when taken with water. This expansion gives a full- feeling and helps to control hunger and overeating.
The power of nature
MAAX Redux® is based on purified psyllium which is a form of fiber made from the husks of the Plantago ovata plant’s seeds. Taken with water, psyllium husk swells in your stomach and makes you feel fuller.
It slows the movement of food from your stomach into the intestines, thereby making you feel full for a longer period and increasing appetite-suppressing signals. Furthermore it helps harmonizing bowel movement and calms your bowel mucosa to reduce bloating and intestinal gas (reference sources 5,6).

Take 3-5 capsules with suffienct liquid 30 minutes before each main meal.

One capsule of appetite suppressant consists of 400 mg Indian psyllium husk, sodium bicarbonate, magnesium stearate. The capsule shell consists of hydroxypropylmethylcellulosis.
It is important that you hydrate often (water or non-alcoholic beverages) throughout the day during the treatment. Always take the capsules with at least 200mL of water. Do not chew the capsules.
