The protection of your privacy and personal data when using our website is important to us. Our data protection practice is in line with the European GDPR. We request and use your personal data exclusively to process the order, unless you would like to use additional services such as our newsletter. Accessing our Website

Collection, processing and use of personal data
You can visit our site without providing any personal details. We only save access data without personal reference, e.g. the name of your internet service provider, the site from which you are visiting us or the name of the requested file. This data is evaluated exclusively to improve our offering and does not allow any inference about your person. Personal data is collected only if you provide it to us voluntarily when ordering your merchandise, opening a customer account or subscribe to our newsletter. We use the data provided by you without your express consent only to full fill and process your order or request. This includes sending you emails, invoices, receipts, notices of delinquency, and alerting you if we need a different credit card number. We use third parties for secure credit card transaction processing, and those third parties collect billing information to process your orders and credit card payments.

On completion of the processing of the contract and complete payment of the purchase price your data is blocked from further use and deleted after the legal stipulations related to taxation and business are fulfilled, if you have not expressly consented to further use of your data. On registering for the newsletter your email address is used for internal advertising purposes with your consent, till you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

 

Disclosure of personal data, credit check
Your data (first name, last name, street, house number, Zip code, e-mail address, phonenumber and place) are disclosed to the dispatching company handling the delivery to the extent necessary for delivery of the merchandise. Your concerns worthy of protection are considered as per the legal stipulations. There is no disclosure to other third parties.

 

Use of cookies
A "cookie" is a small data file that is transferred from us to your computer when you surf our site. A cookie can only contain information that we ourselves send to your computer.
